"Recent Changes (2023) - Not Great"
This used to be a pretty good email service, but after the latest update to the drag and drop feature, things have taken a turn. Sure, you can now add embedded videos, but the whole editing experience has become trickier and way more restrictive. The mobile layout is all out of whack, and there’s no option to make adjustments in mobile view. When I contacted support via chat, they suggested I just 'mess around with it' to make it look right. Plus, the editor has been glitching, and I find myself needing to refresh the page nearly every time.

"Requested a refund, but they just ignored me..."
I reached out for a refund, and they initially agreed, but now they’ve chosen to completely ignore my emails! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this!

"Service stopped, but they still charged me"
I tried out their review widget service, and just last week, I got an email saying they were ending that service as of July 31st. Then, outta nowhere, they charged me for August, claiming I didn’t cancel my billing in time! They’ve stopped the service but still wanna bill me for something they ain’t offering anymore. They really gotta step up their customer service game.

"Robly boosts email engagement"
Around a third of the opens for my clients and myself can be credited to Robly's practice of re-sending emails with a new subject line to folks who missed the first go. It really makes me feel great knowing our audiences catch all the crucial info, all thanks to the OpenGen feature!

"Robly is Awesome"
I'm a big fan of Robly! The interface is super user-friendly and includes all the tools we require. Their reporting tools allow us to quickly identify which messages resonate with our audience. Whenever we've encountered an issue, the support team has been incredibly helpful and, honestly, quite supportive! I definitely recommend it.

"Way Better Than Constant Contact"
About a year ago, we made the jump from Constant Contact to Robly, and honestly, we haven't regretted it one bit. The interface is way easier to navigate. The reporting tools are way stronger. Handling our company's many email accounts is super simple with Robly. Thanks to the OpenGen feature, our sales team has been able to pull in more ad revenue from current clients and bring in fresh business. We're really glad we decided to switch.

"User-friendly with great functionalities"
Robly organizes its tools in a manner that makes them super simple to navigate. Crafting emails is a breeze and way quicker compared to Constant Contact. The analytics are straightforward to interpret. There are a couple of minor features I’d love to see added, but all in all, we’ve been really pleased with Robly, and it’s made our emails look sharper than before.

"Awesome design, super user-friendly"
I made the jump to Robly from Constant Contact, and I haven't looked back since. The design is way more intuitive and user-friendly, all the templates work great on mobile, and when I switched, they even made a custom template for my business. Just a heads up, the cost goes up with more contacts, but I reckon that's pretty standard everywhere.

"A budget-friendly and simple e-mail marketing solution"
Having relied on Constant Contact for quite some time, I found myself getting annoyed with its limited features and increasing costs. Thus, I looked for a superior alternative, and I’m thrilled I chose Robly. The team was super supportive throughout the switch, and they still offer an interface that's easy to navigate. "Fantastic Company with Outstanding Support"
I signed up with Robly back when they were just getting off the ground. Making the switch from Constant Contact to Robly was definitely a big step, but it turned out to be a smart choice for my business. Their pricing and support are way better than CC, and I’m really happy I made the move. I had my doubts that their focus on customer care would slip as they grew, but their service has stayed top-notch. The variety of templates they offer is excellent, and the user interface is super user-friendly. Can’t wait to see what they roll out next (wink...maybe add texting features!)

"Switching from Constant Contact to Robly was a fantastic choice"
After years with Constant Contact, I stumbled upon a deal to move to Robly. Man, am I glad we made that switch! "UNMATCHED SERVICE!! A+++"
Robly is hands down the most affordable and easiest option for small biz owners to shoot out daily, weekly, or monthly newsletters and e-marketing to their customers. I've been on board for years and have given other services a shot, but they just can't hold a candle to Robly's budget-friendly interface. Big thanks to Robly for being the awesome platform you are.

"Fantastic Choice for Our Budget-Conscious Nonprofit"
When Robly reached out to see if I wanted to change from our existing provider, I was a bit hesitant. I was satisfied with our current service. However, I decided to give Robly a shot, and after a month of testing, I made the switch.

Their rates are more affordable than what we were previously using, which really helps me make the most of my limited marketing budget. The OpenGen tech has certainly boosted my open rates. The custom template they designed to align with our branding and website looks stunning. And the best part? It's super user-friendly! :)

We've been using Robly for two years now, and I have no intention of changing.
